2、 Equipment Introduction

The DMC type pulse back blowing bag filter is a new type of bag filter developed by our company by summarizing and absorbing similar products from the United States and combining them with the characteristics of China's national conditions. The DMC type pulse back blowing single machine bag filter uses (0.5~0.7Mpa) high flow and large air volume compressed air to spray filter bag cleaning technology line by line through a pulse valve. It can separate dust from gas containing a large amount of ultrafine and micro dust, with a dust purification efficiency of up to 99.9%.

3、 Structure and dust removal principle

The equipment consists of a box, a bag room, a clean air room, a porous flower board, a filter bag (bag), a filter bag (bag) skeleton, and an inspection door. Depending on the actual situation, an ash hopper can be selected or not. Under the action of negative pressure airflow, the dusty gas enters the lower box of the equipment through the air inlet. A baffle is installed on the front of the air inlet, and heavier dust falls into the ash hopper by collision and gravity. The finer particles are filtered by the filter bag (cloth bag) and absorbed on the outer wall of the filter bag. The dust attached to the filter bag (cloth bag) continues to increase, and when the resistance rises to the specified value, the pulse valve automatically opens to blow back and clean the dust. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber, passes through the top valve of the equipment, is sucked into the fan through the exhaust pipe, and then discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust chimney.
